Returning to Blog

It has been a while since I have posted here, but I have decided that this will be a valuable tool for those that desire to read more of what God is doing in and through my life. I do my best to keep my monthly email updates short and easy to read, and there is so much more that I could share. So, this is the place to read about my thoughts, prayers, praises, and struggles. My goal will be to update you through this blog at least on a weekly basis. Be sure to catch up with what God has been doing through my archived newsletters at newsletter.johnagee.com.

I look forward to the journey ahead. Some things to expect posts on in the coming weeks, days, and months:

  • EMI Sierra Leone project for the First Step Special Economic Zone industrial parks near Freetown
  • Freedom Church mission trip to one of the few remaining unreached people groups in the Philippines
  • My plans to partner through EMI long-term with Mercy Ships serving at Sierra Leone government hospital maintenance staff and infrastructure projects in 2013

Praise the Lord for faithfully leading and sustaining my life day by day! I pray that Jesus is exalted and you are encouraged as you read testimony of His work here.

Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. – Hebrews 10:19-25 (ESV)
